This will allow you to integrate into the family environment and help the child develop the skills necessary to improve a variety of skills. These skills include, toileting, feeding, behavior management, compliance, and many other developmental and educational tasks.\nOur company’s prime focus is providing the best possible quality of care to all our clients. We provide our employees with:\nConsistent and timely support, coaching and guidance to help you excel in your profession.\nAll tools and materials needed for your sessions so that you can focus on what’s most important – providing the best possible quality of care.\nFree RBT training and certification for potential employees* (certain conditions apply)\nOpportunities for growth\nThis is a year-round position and not seasonal.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nPrincipal Responsibilities and Duties:\nCollect and record data based on observable client behavior.\nWrite progress notes, maintain program books.\nActively participate in the implementation of treatment and parent training.\nUtilize safe and appropriate handling, management and guidance procedures when working with clients.\nProvide direct client care following the prescribed behavioral protocols/programs.\nPhysical Requirements:\nProficient in fine and gross motor skills, ability to hand over hand-prompt fine and gross motor skills without restriction.\nFull physical range of motion to provide physical support to clients.\nAbility to physically write progress notes with assistance from supervisor.\nMust be able to perform a variety of physical and often repetitive activities including (but not limited to) standing and sitting for long periods of time, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling\nMust be able to hold/transport clients in the course of behavioral management.\nMust be able to receive detailed information through oral communication\nMust have visual acuity to determine the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned.\nMust be physically present at the assigned job site.\nMust be willing to silence phone during session and attend to client without distractions for at least 4 hours per day.\nAbility to occasionally lift and/or move up to or more than 100lbs.\nEducation Requirements:\nHigh School\nRequired license or certification:\nDriver's License\nMust have reliable transportation/Car – Bus and Uber are not considered reliable transportation.\nRate-Varies based on experience – Start $20-$23 per hour DOE\nRBT Credentialed staff will be offered a higher rate if your RBT is in good standing.\n\n$20-$23 per hour\nEOE\nBehavioral Framework is committed to equitable treatment for all employees, clients, and their families.
