In this remote internship , you will be a key player in our deal sourcing and management efforts, working primarily with companies within our existing portfolio. This isn't a traditional, back-office internship - you'll be on the front lines, leading outreach and analysis. This position is uncompensated with commission based on deal sourcing.Your responsibilities will include:Leading Deal Sourcing and Management: You'll identify, research, and evaluate potential acquisition targets that align with our investment criteria.Executing Direct Marketing Campaigns: You'll use our custom AI tools and direct marketing strategies to initiate contact with company leaders and build new relationships.Conducting Market Research: You'll analyze industry trends and competitive landscapes to support our investment theses.Financial Modeling and Due Diligence: You will assist in building financial models and conducting thorough due diligence to evaluate investment opportunities.AI Tool Training: You will train with our custom AI tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of your outreach campaigns.QualificationsWe're looking for an intern with a strong foundation in finance and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.Experience in finance, due diligence, or investment banking is a plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage with business leaders.Self-starter who is comfortable working independently in a remote environment.Passion for technology, private equity, and investment banking.If you are an ambitious and innovative individual eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
