Conducts research and analyzes data to develop insights that inform business strategies.\r\nResponsibilities Collects, manages, monitors, and analyzes key performance metrics across all facets of the enterprise with the goal of improving business performance. Works with management teams to develop performance measurement frameworks. Analyzes data and uses analysis to create compelling and actionable data stories to share with key stakeholders to drive decisions.\r\nEnsures data and analysis quality and accuracy. Serves as ambassadors for analytics, supporting cross-functional teams to improve and interpret data.\r\nCollects, manages, and provides department/division reports. Produces and distributes scheduled reports. Supports and coordinates ad-hoc report requests.\r\nManages data quality. Acts as a liaison with technology regarding maintenance of database systems. Provides support to various projects/analysis by gathering data and presenting results.\r\nEvaluates existing engagement programs to identify improvements and to measure outcomes. Analyzes and tests current processes and systems to determine effectiveness and efficiency.\r\nCollects data, performs root cause analysis of issues or problems, and proposes solutions according to the current and future needs of the business. Assists in the development and delivery of training programs or presentations and recommend program revisions.\r\nDocuments data definitions, assumptions, methodologies and reporting requirements to ensure consistency, transparency and repeatability of analyses across teams.\r\nMonitors trends and patterns in data over time to proactively identify opportunities, risks and emerging issues and communicate insights to stakeholders.\r\nQualifications Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in consulting, finance, or a related analytical role.\r\nAbility to synthesize and clearly communicate highly complex findings.\r\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.\r\nWorking knowledge of data analytics concepts, including experience using SQL and/or Python to gather, analyze, and interpret data.\r\nUnderstanding of business, company, and industry valuation methodologies and valuation strategy principles.\r\nStrong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.\r\nPreferred Experience building quantitative models, conducting organizational strategic analysis, and developing strategic plans\r\nAARP will not sponsor an employment visa for this position at this time.\r\nAdditional Requirements Regular and reliable job attendance\r\nEffective verbal and written communication skills\r\nExhibit respect and understanding of others to maintain professional relationships\r\nIndependent judgement in evaluation options to make sound decisions\r\nIn office/open office environment with the ability to work effectively surrounded by moderate noise\r\nHybrid Work Environment AARP observes Mondays and Fridays as remote workdays, except for essential functions.
