Completing a puzzle, project, or solving a difficult problem is super satisfying!Are looking to enter the ever-rewarding field of medical; helping others and doing important work is meaningful to you.You’ll work directly with leadership, learn how supply chains actually operate, and quickly develop skills in:Procurement strategyInventory managementSupplier relationshipsERP systems and data analyticsOperations decision-makingIf you’re looking for a place where strong performers grow quickly, this could be the start of a great career!How You’ll Contribute:Daily execution and management of purchasing activitiesERP system– execution of supplier purchase orders, daily/weekly management of inventory quantities, min and max thresholds, allocations of inventory to customer ordersEnhance dashboards and reporting on inventory balances,reorder points, open PO’s, overduereceiptsExecuting and approval of paperwork with 3 way matchingForecast purchasing needs monthly & quarterly with costs and timing, anticipating lead timesSource and develop new suppliers for productsManage quality control of products– work with capital & warehouse team on returns and credits from vendors on product defects/quality issuesThe Buyer is responsible for purchasing and ERP management. They will execute activities related to purchasing, controlling inventory, warehouse supplies, placing POs to vendors, and general logistics. Responsible for sourcing, executing and managing costs of inventory and all inbound shipments.The skills you’ll bring:Proficient in ExcelHighly detail-oriented and organizedShould have strong time management skills and the ability to work with time sensitive projectsExperience with purchasing or negotiating prices and termsAbility to analyze data, work with trends, and use data to make informed decisionsStrong customer service-related skills, including phone and e-mail etiquette, and timely communicationStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office programsWhat You’ll Gain:We believe high performers should be rewarded clearly and fairly.
