This role assists the Senior Trainer in delivering instructor-led training in classroom settings and provides individual and small-group support to ensure participant comprehension.\n\nThe Technical Trainer plays a key role in supporting training logistics, reinforcing learner understanding, and building toward greater facilitation capability over time. This position is on-site and requires an active Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one.\n\nWhat you'll do\nTraining Support and Delivery\nAssist the Senior Trainer during live, in-person MRO training sessions across assigned functional areas\nProvide one-on-one and small group support to participants who need additional explanation or clarification\nHelp manage classroom logistics including attendance documentation, material distribution, and room setup\nPre-class readiness\nEscalate learner issues or concerns to the Senior Trainer or Training Coordinator as appropriate\nSupport pre-class preparation by reviewing materials, job aids, and system scenarios\nConfirm access and environment readiness in coordination with the Senior Trainer\nParticipate in internal dry runs and readiness reviews\nApply pre-class checklists to ensure classroom and materials are ready prior to delivery\nFlag and escalate any access or readiness issues to the Senior Trainer prior to go-live\nSit-Behind Support (Receiving)\nReceive structured coaching from Senior Trainers during live delivery\nApply real-time feedback to improve facilitation approach and instructional quality\nSupport the Senior Trainer in maintaining classroom pacing and engagement\nSupport Role During Delivery\nObserve Senior Trainer delivery techniques and apply lessons to own facilitation development\nDocument learner attendance and issues accurately during each session\nProgram Support\nProvide backup instructor support at the assigned ALC as needed\nCoordinate with Training Coordinators and PMO on schedules, attendance, and reporting\nParticipate in train-the-trainer sessions to develop facilitation skills\nSupport program improvement by flagging recurring learner questions or content gaps\nMaintain communication with the Senior Trainer and Training Lead on daily task status\nCompliance and reporting\nAdhere to contract requirements and training standards\nEnsure accurate attendance tracking and issue documentation\nMaintain clearance, site access, and travel readiness\n\nRequired Qualifications\nU.S. citizenship\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution\nMinimum 1 year of instructor-led training experience in in-person and/or virtual settings\nExperience providing over-the-shoulder support or small group instruction\nStrong facilitation and communication skills\nAbility to travel between ALC locations as required (approximately 25%)\nActive Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain and maintain one\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience supporting DoD, Air Force, or depot-level training programs\nFamiliarity with supply chain, logistics, or enterprise systems\nExposure to Oracle-based or ERP-enabled training environments\nExperience training adult learners in operational or production-driven settings\n\nConcept Plus is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
