As part of the DC training team, the support role will be involved with patterning alongside departmental leadership to ensure training is to all incoming associates. The DC Trainer Support role necessitates obtaining approval in at least 2 areas within the initial 15-30 days, aligning with the specifications in the DC Trainer Profile.
