If you are an enthusiastic self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with experience in development and maintenance of integrated master schedule networks, this job is for you!\nSummary of Key Duties: In this role you will….\n• Be part of a team to plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and into operations\n• Interface with Engineering, Finance and Business Operations, Supply Chain, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline\n• Develop and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules that accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, workflow, and resources required to execute the program\n• Work with cross-functional teams to drive progress and performance, monitor changes and status, and facilitate communication between stakeholders\n• Assist in negotiating handoffs between product areas regarding technical content and schedules as well as facilitating workaround planning as required\n• Serve as a liaison by maintaining, publishing, and presenting relevant planning and scheduling information and metrics to provide visibility to management\nThis position is contingent upon program contract award expected by September 2026.\n#LMSpaceProgramPlanners\nBasic Qualifications:\n• Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling\n• Extensive experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool\n• Proven experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting.\n• Experience in compiling, preparing and presenting project briefings to internal management and external customers\n• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI government security clearance\nDesired Skills:\n• Active TS/SCI security clearance\n• 6+ years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling\n• Bachelors degree from an accredited college\n• Expert experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), Primavera, Artemis, MS Project\n• Additional planning knowledge/experience (examples: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP))\n• Advanced experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration, Earned Value Metrics, Performance Measurement/Reporting, and Project Control and Forecasting.\n• Proven experience with conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs) using Monte Carlo simulations\n• JIRA advanced experience\n• Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance\n• Proposal IMS development and submittal experience\n• Demonstrated team building skills\n• Demonstrated influencing and relationship management skills\nTo promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin fosters a work environment that encourages big-picture thinking.
