Audio Visual Technician FREELANCE

Day to day on-site event and operations on a FREELANCE basis Position requires pre-qualification and knowledge of Crestron equipment Position requires consistent follow up with Meeting Planning Department and/or individual clients with regards to all scheduled meeting requests Ensure all equipment is shut down and in cases where portables are involved secured for next business day Review schedules for next day requests to ensure equipment is operational Be available for afterhours support as required for broadcast, Video and Audio Conferencing Connect video conference calls Ensure all microphones are fully charged and operational prior to meeting starts Upon request, set up in-house and client LCD projectors Ensure video or pc is properly displayed Ensure all meeting & broadcast rooms are equipped/stocked with supplies per meeting room requirements Maintain inventory of A/V consumables for fixed and portable equipment Replace A/V consumables as necessary Ensure media is properly viewed Adjust and clean fixed and AV equipment per manufacturers recommendations Testing of each individual piece of equipment ensure equipment is set to factory specifications Cisco, Webex and Codecs experience Job Type: Contract Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour Work Location: In person
