They are responsible for managing risks and issues, taking corrective actions, and developing strategies to design and plan all aspects of assigned programs/projects. This role requires strong coordination and leadership across various departments, as well as regular communication with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including senior and executive leadership, leveraging an understanding of both field operations and corporate functions to identify gaps within programs and drive resolution through appropriate resource alignment and execution.\n\n \n Evaluate requests, constraints, and requirements to support prioritization and alignment with business priorities/objectives\n \n \n Manage risks and issues and take corrective actions\n \n \n Develop, strategize, design, and plan all aspects of assigned programs/projects based on analysis of program requirements/criteria, including impacts across field/corporate teams\n \n \n Continuously evaluate program and implement process improvements\n \n \n Provide data-driven recommendations to management to improve program efficiency based on evolving business needs\n \n \n Coordinate and lead meetings and communication with cross-functional stakeholders\n \n \n Coordinate and develop communications strategies for delivery to the right audience, ensuring messaging is clear and targeted\n \n \n Work as a liaison between departments to identify gaps and ensure alignment across stakeholders\n \n \n Identify and engage the appropriate resources from other departments where their expertise will be needed to complete projects and close identified gaps\n \n \n Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities, driving decisions and next steps to support program/project progress\n \n \n Manage program conflicts, detect and resolve issues effectively with stakeholders, ensuring impacts and dependencies are clearly understood\n \n \n Establish and maintain tracking methods to capture milestones, dependencies, risks, and key deliverables, and adjust plans and/or resources to meet the needs of the program/project\n \n \n Provide clear and consistent visibility into program status and progress to support stakeholder awareness and decision-making\n \n \n Prepare updates and materials for stakeholders\n \n \n Lead and organize meetings, briefings, and trainings as appropriate\n \n \n Determine and create communication and rollout plans for initiatives\n \n \n Assess ongoing support needs post-launch and confirm ownership\n \n \n Pull and analyze reports to support budget development, forecasting, and tracking\n \n \n Monitor and reconcile program/project-related budgets\n \n\n Qualifications\n\n \n Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience\n \n \n 5+ years of program/project management experience\n \n \n Experience in a large corporate environment or within a service organization with multiple international branch/field locations\n \n \n Previous program or project management experience required\n \n \n Customer service experience required\n \n \n Industry experience preferred\n \n \n Track record of operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner\n \n \n Desire and ability to learn new skills and continue professional and personal development\n \n \n Ability to adapt existing project management experience and skills to work culture\n \n \n Ability to communicate, both written and oral, across all levels in the organizations\n \n \n Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills required to create professional presentations\n \n \n Proficiency in SharePoint preferred\n \n\n Benefits\n\n \n The typical annual salary range for this position is $75,000.00 -
