The work requires making decisions that support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly.\nAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer, your responsibilities include designing, developing, deploying, documenting, and maintaining web/mobile and backend services. You will mentor junior team members and collaborate closely with product, design, and architecture teams to translate business requirements and user interface designs into robust code components. You will convert product requirements into detailed solution designs, implement, test, deliver, and maintain these solutions while ensuring comprehensive documentation.\nYou will independently triage and resolve errors and defects, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. Your role involves assessing technical feasibility and estimating feature complexity as driven by product priorities. Additionally, you will conduct user interface, design, and code reviews, advocating for and promoting best practices and standards.\nFurthermore, as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will work closely with team lead, product owner, business analysts, UX designers, architecture, quality teams delivering product features and priorities.
