This position is ideal for a proven leader with strong client-facing experience, advanced technical knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.\nThis is a remote based position with required travel of up to 50% to job sites across the east coast.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nLead preconstruction efforts including budgeting, scheduling, risk analysis, and constructability reviews.\nCoordinate design team input, value engineering, and early procurement strategies.\nAssist with contract negotiation, scope definition, and subcontractor prequalification.\nConduct regular project team meetings to ensure coordination, accountability, and alignment with objectives.\nOversee development of master project schedules using tools such as Primavera or MS Project.\nMonitor progress against schedule milestones, proactively identifying risks and implementing corrective actions.\nCoordinate critical path activities to ensure timely project delivery.\nNegotiate, issue, and manage owner and subcontractor agreements.\nEnsure subcontractor compliance with contract scope, schedule, safety, and quality standards.\nResolve disputes and ensure strong working relationships are maintained.\nEnforce company safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and local safety regulations.\nOversee implementation of QA/QC plans and conduct periodic site inspections.\nPromote a culture of safety and continuous improvement on all projects.\nEnsure timely and organized project closeout including punch list completion, commissioning, and turnover documentation.\nOversee submission of final O&M manuals, warranties, and as-built drawings.\nAdditional tasks as needed.\nQualifications:\nBachelors Degree from an accredited construction related program.\n6+ years healthcare / medical clinic construction experience.\nProven success delivering large-scale, national, commercial healthcare projects with a general contractor.\nDeep understanding of construction means and methods, cost control, scheduling, and safety.\nProficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Primavera).\nOSHA 30, or ability to acquire, is required\nPMP and CQMC preferred.\nWhy Join Sevan?\nAt Sevan, we believe in creating a supportive and dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter.
