This is an hourly position that supports salaried management in daily, administrative, and operational responsibilities in the restaurant in addition to providing excellent guest service on the floor.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nServes as primary point of contact for SOH when management is unavailable.\nProvides FOH training, coaching and feedback to the team.\nFrom time to time may assume full responsibility for running a shift.\n95% of the Shift Leader’s time will be spent on the floor of the restaurant.\nActs as a mentor for new hires, assists with onboarding and ensures compliance with all company standards, policies, and procedures.\nMay assist with coordinating staffing needs in the event a team member is unable to report to work\nHandles cash receipts/ Store receipts/ Discounts, reconcile cash receipts and store bank funds\nPerform other duties as assigned.
