or similar messaging technologies.Apply advanced Java concepts, including concurrency, multithreading, asynchronous processing, caching, and connection management, to optimize application performance.Implement microservices resilience patterns, including circuit breakers, retries, service discovery, API gateways, and distributed transactions.Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, and Cursor for code generation, refactoring, debugging, code reviews, and automated testing.Review and validate AI-generated code and test cases to ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability.Troubleshoot complex application issues, perform root cause analysis, and optimize application performance in production environments.Lead technical design, architecture reviews, and code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and drive adoption of AI-assisted development and testing to improve team productivity.Required Qualifications7+ years of software development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Java 11/17/21, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.Strong experience designing and developing scalable, high-performance microservices, REST APIs, and distributed enterprise applications, including API integration and design patterns.Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, event-driven architectures, and distributed messaging systems, including AWS SQS/SNS or similar technologies.Strong cloud development experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, including cloud-native application development, deployment, and migration.Experience with cloud services such as AWS EKS, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, and RDS, or equivalent services on Azure/GCP.Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automated application deployment and testing.Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor for Java code generation, refactoring, debugging, code reviews, and automated testing.Strong experience with automated testing frameworks such as JUnit and Mockito, including test automation integration into CI/CD pipelines.Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases, Redis caching, application performance optimization, and observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, or CloudWatch.Strong understanding of application security (OAuth 2.0, OIDC), system design, data structures, algorithms, and software engineering best practices.Experience in technical leadership, application architecture, code reviews, and mentoring engineers, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with the ability to independently design and deliver complex technical solutions.Preferred QualificationsExperience modernizing legacy applications to Java 17/21 and Spring Boot 3.x.Experience migrating on-premises applications to cloud-native architectures.Experience developing
