Travelling is an important part of this job to be effective. The Construction Supervisor is expected to be on job sites, leading and mentoring the Field Operations team and must be able to proficiently perform every assembly task from ground to interconnection.\n\nReporting relationship: Construction Manager\n\nEssential Job Functions:\n\nWork directly with construction managers/operations team to help implement project goals\n\nCoordinate with construction managers/operations team/project leads for project execution\n\nMonitor proper documentation is being completed by field operations crew in ProCore\n\nAssisting with the preparation and proofing of project deliverables/status reports pertaining to (scope and schedule)\n\nLiaise with appropriate team members to maintain project schedule and efficiency\n\nManage jobsite site accordingly to the scope of work to help prevent scope creep\n\nDevelop and manage part lists needed to complete projects (AC part lists)\n\nAssist with procuring materials and other items necessary for completing project goals\n\nAssist with necessary paperwork including but not limited to permits and interconnections\n\nAssist with close out documentation\n\nConduct QA/QC of jobsites to ensure workmanship and code requirements are met\n\nMeet with inspectors on jobsites for closing out of projects\n\nBuilding and maintaining excellent client relationships\n\nManage sub-contractor selection process as well as manage sub-contractor onsite during course of construction\n\nLead and mentor field operations crews on jobsites\n\nEvaluate processes through course of construction to ensure efficiency in the field\n\nEvaluate and uphold jobsite safety standards/requirements\n\nOther duties as needed\n\nWorkingRelationships:\n\nSales teams\n\nOperations Team\n\nField Operations crews\n\nUtility personnel\n\nAHJs (Authorities that Have Jurisdiction)\n\nSubcontractors\n\nClients\n\nFinance Team\n\nLogistics\n\nSkillsandOther Characteristics:\n\nSelf-starter with ability to manage details of multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communications skills.\n\nAbility to create and edit Excel documents that use mathematical formulas and logic.\n\nCreate,read,and understand construction documents, including electrical diagrams.\n\nSkilled in drawing review, with an eye for detail and understanding of cross-checking multi-sheet construction sets for accuracy and consistency.\n\nOSHA 10 Certification\n\nProblem-solving skills\n\nEducation/Licenses:\n\nValid Driver License with a clean driving record\n\nCDL Preferred\n\nSpecial Requirements:\n\nPassport eligible\n\nApplicants being considered for hire must pass a background check and drug test before beginning work.
