Staff Full-Stack Software Engineer, ML Platform

With decades of experience creating and deploying real world systems for demanding environments, the Stack team is dedicated to developing an autonomous solution ecosystem tailored to the trucking industry's unique demands.In the AI Data Infrastructure team, our mission is to provide trusted and useful data to efficiently power all of Autonomy development. We work hand in hand with AV engineers to provide cutting edge solutions to all their data needs, working across data engineering, ML modeling, ML infrastructure as well as data introspection & visualization domains. In particular, we provide services to ingest, process, curate, annotate, serve and visualize data for AV ML needs.The ability to effectively search, visualize, inspect and analyze the above data is critical to StackAV product development. To achieve this mission, we invested into a suite of proprietary introspection and visualization tools used company-wide on the daily basis across a variety of customer personas - from powering daily workflows of autonomy engineers to enabling executive leaders assess AV performance against strict safety benchmarks.Partner with XFN stakeholders across Product, Engineering and TPM to define a vision for a state-of-the art AV data introspection and visualization software, along with a pragmatic implementation roadmap that accelerates AV product development while maintaining exceptional focus on safety.Discover key issues in existing tools across each customer persona and proactively address those gaps.6+ years of experience of driving full-stack development with large-scale multimodal data (video, point clouds, geometry, audio, text, etc).~ Experience building full-stack ML solutions for a large number of customer teams and collaborating effectively across multi-functional teams.~ Proven track record of building scalable, reliable full-stack solutions in a fast-paced environment.~ Autonomous vehicles (AV) experience is a bonus.We are committed to building a culture of inclusion, entrepreneurship, and innovation across gender, race, age, sexual orientation, religion, disability, and identity.Check out our Privacy Policy.S. national security laws, regulations, and administrative requirements, which can restrict Stack AV's ability to employ certain persons in certain positions pursuant to a range of national security-related requirements.
