Retrieves medical records for upcoming patient clinic visits, and reviews record for completeness Calls referring physician's office, appropriate clinical laboratories or patient to obtain any missing reports or information necessary for clinic visit. Ensures completeness of record before patient office visit and reports missing information to appropriate office staff Sorts, files, and collates a variety of medical record information Files and retrieves medical records by alphabet in accordance with established color-coded filing system and predetermined priorities; researches lost or missing records in accordance with established procedures Assembles patient medical record as required Corresponds via phone, email, and fax Compensation : Most candidates will start within the first quartile of the pay range Rates are commensurate with experience EE O Statement : Dent Neurologic Institute is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of recruiting and employment.
