This program includes multiple concurrent construction projects across diverse locations, requiring consistent execution, documentation, and compliance management.\nThis role is critical to program success. The Project Coordinator will own project documentation, subcontract administration, and closeout processes, enabling Project Managers to focus on execution, client relationships, and financial performance.\nThis is a hybrid role based out of our Plano, TX office\nIf you are detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced, multi-project environments, and enjoy building structure and process, this is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nEstablish projects in client and internal project management systems (e.g., Procore)\nMaintain accurate project data, including milestones, status updates, and documentation\nCoordinate subcontractor onboarding, including prequalification and compliance verification\nDraft, distribute, and track subcontract agreements, purchase orders, and change orders\nMonitor insurance, contractual requirements, and compliance documentation\nManage and maintain complete, audit-ready project files throughout the lifecycle\nTrack and organize RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other key documents\nEnsure alignment with client and internal documentation standards\nSupport invoicing processes and track payments to subcontractors and vendors\nAssist with change management documentation and approvals\nCoordinate collection and submission of all closeout deliverables\nEnsure timely completion of punch lists and final documentation\nSupport final payments and project completion requirements\nPrepare and distribute reports for internal stakeholders and clients\nCollaborate closely with Project Managers and Senior Project Coordinators to maintain program visibility\nHandle sensitive project and financial information with discretion\nEnsure adherence to all program, client, and regulatory requirements\nQualifications:\nAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred\n2–4 years of experience supporting construction projects in a coordination or administrative role\nExperience with subcontract administration, including prequalification, insurance verification, and contract tracking\nStrong understanding of construction project documentation processes including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages\nAdvanced organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook for tracking and communication\nExperience working on multi-site retail, restaurant, or commercial construction programs preferred\nFamiliarity with project management software (e.g., Procore)\nExperience supporting high-volume, fast-paced project environments\nWhy Join Sevan?\nAt Sevan, we believe in creating a supportive and dynamic environment where your contributions truly matter.
