Perform analysis of documented user requirements and assist in the design of test plans in support of user requirements. Support all phases of risk management assessment and system development. Ensure test conclusions and recommendations are fully supported by test results. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. Generally, performs work independently and applies expertise to multiple, complex work assignments.\n\nBase Qualifications:\nUS Citizen\nActive DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance\n\nDetailed Qualifications:\n4+ years supporting professional services and/or IT-related projects, preferably Department of Defense (DoD)\nBA/BS or MA/MS degree\n\nRequired Skills:\nTechnical expertise and experience with test and evaluation (T&E) master plans; T&E methodologies and technologies; T&E evaluation and assessment plans; test plans, procedures, and reports; design plans; software T&E documentation; T&E matrices, crosswalks, schedules; T&E issues, criteria, characteristics, and parameters; and T&E associated annexes and attachments.\nExperience interacting with users and project teams on test issues.
