Certified Pharmacy Tech - Travel Job
We're hiring an experienced pharmacy technician for a contract assignment in San Luis Obispo, CA where your expertise will directly support pharmacists in delivering exceptional care. In this position, you will perform nondiscretionary tasks under the direct supervision and control of a pharmacist, including packaging, filling unit dose cassettes from patient profiles, and delivering medications to nursing units. Minimum Requirements:
State Pharmacy Technician license required in CA (and OR if applicable).Minimum 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience required.Sterile compounding experience required.High school diploma or GED preferred.Associate/Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.Pharmaceutical Technician Board certification (PTCB) preferred.No on-call requirements.
