Develop and maintain proposal templates, ensuring they align with company branding, messaging, and ensure all required documentation is incorporated. Provide strategic guidance on the best approach for each proposal based on client needs and company capabilities.\r\nScheduling & Coordination:Create and maintain project schedules, ensuring all pre-construction milestones are clearly defined. Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and field teams to streamline workflows and prevent delays.\r\nRisk Analysis & Mitigation:Identify potential risks, challenges, and constraints, providing mitigation strategies. Develop proactive strategies, contingency plans, and solutions to ensure seamless project delivery and compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.\r\nClient & Stakeholder Engagement:Serve as a key point of contact during the pre-construction phase. Develop strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to gain valuable insights for estimating and proposal preparation. Present proposal details and estimated costs to senior management prior to submittal, addressing any questions or concerns. Communicate project scope, budget, and timeline updates to clients, partners, and internal teams to maintain transparency and alignment.\r\nRegulatory & Safety Compliance:Ensure pre-construction activities meet all relevant regulatory, environmental, and safety requirements.
