In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing production activities during the night shift, ensuring product quality and safety standards are met, and maintaining cleanroom integrity.\nYou’ll lead assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical devices while monitoring team performance and fostering effective communication between workers and management. This position requires strong leadership skills, hands-on experience in manufacturing, and familiarity with cGMP, GDP, ISO, QSR, and FDA regulations.\n\nYou should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment and have excellent attention to detail, along with the ability to motivate and guide your team to meet production goals and quality standards.\n\nRequired Skills, Education and Experience:\n\nMinimum of 3 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role\nExperience with assembly, testing, and documentation of mechanical and electrical devices\nKnowledge of production practices in a cGMP & GDP environment\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills\nMedical device manufacturing experience preferred\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer skills\n\nWork Schedule: Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM, starting Sunday night at 11 PM\n\nThink you know someone who'd be perfect for this role?
