Be part of the journey.\nRole Overview and Responsibilities:\n$1,000 sign-on bonus\n\nIntroduction\nThe Electronic Assemblies Operator is responsible for performing repetitive intermediate-level assembly work on low-volume, high-mix assembly lines to mass produce transformers, inductors and power supply products.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nReliable team member that can work independently within the team.\nDisplays process integrity.\nConsistently helps benchmark expectations of productivity and quality of work.\nDisplays the highest level of quality standards.\nLeads by example when relating to Core Values.\nJ-STD-001D Inspection certified.\nPossess a basic understanding of problem solving (PDCA) and the ability to identify and/or solve quality problems.\nPossesses an advanced understanding of the principles of Lean Manufacturing.\nPossesses an advanced understanding of the principles of visual workplace management.\nAssists in solving quality and production issues on the line.\nDisplays an ability to train other team members in various production activities.\nPerforms other duties as assigned or required.\nQualifications, Skills and Attributes:\nCore Competencies\nAble to independently read and understand production drawings and work instructions.\nAble to work with chemicals.\nGood manual dexterity/ability.\nWorking in a repetitive job.\nWorking knowledge of quality practices.\nMeets vision requirements specified by quality management system.\nThe position is in the production floor and could involve sitting for a long period of time, but not limited to standing walking and lifting throughout the day.\nLifting amount up to 25 pounds.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nQualifications and Experience\nGED or High School Diploma preferred but not required.\nTwo years experience in electronics assembly preferred.\nSoldering experience of one year preferred.\nInspection and training experience preferred.\nThis position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
