You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure we are delivering efficient, cost-effective solutions while maintaining top-notch quality and performance. Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the full life cycle procurement process, including vendor qualification, purchase orders, pricing, and contract negotiations. Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with the overall goals of the company. Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and support operational goals. Work with sales and operations teams to forecast material needs and ensure timely inventory management. Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for cost savings, process enhancements, and efficiency gains. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with suppliers. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, ensuring they meet quality and service standards. Track and report key procurement metrics, such as cost savings and procurement cycle times. Lead, mentor, and inspire the procurement team, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and continuous development. What We're Looking For: We are seeking a motivated and strategic thinker with a strong procurement background. You're a leader who thrives on collaboration, enjoys finding innovative solutions, and is committed to driving results.
