The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating crews, and ensuring materials are handled, transported, and applied accurately and efficiently while maintaining strict safety and operational standards.\n\nQualifications\nValid driver's license with a clean driving record\n\nPrevious supervisory experience in field operations, construction, agriculture, or similar industries preferred\n\nExperience working with heavy equipment such as wheel loaders, tractors, and trucks is preferred\n\nMechanical knowledge and/or equipment maintenance experience is a plus\n\nStrong leadership and decision-making skills\n\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills\n\nAbility to follow company procedures and enforce safety standards\n\nGood communication skills and ability to coordinate with team members and management\n\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks in the field\n\nResponsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate daily field operations and crew activities\n\nEnsure equipment is operated safely and efficiently by all crew members\n\nMonitor loading, hauling, and field application activities to ensure accuracy and compliance\n\nEnforce company safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times\n\nTrain and support field employees on procedures and equipment operation\n\nInteract with members of the agricultural community, including farmers and landowners, in a professional and respectful manne\n\nCommunicate daily operational updates, issues, or maintenance needs to management\n\nCoordinate equipment usage and report any repair or maintenance requirements\n\nMaintain accurate operational records and reports\n\nEnsure job sites and work areas remain clean, organized, and efficient\n\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments\n\nWillingness to work in various weather conditions\n\nAbility to walk uneven terrain and inspect job sites\n\nStamina to stand, walk, and remain active in field environments for extended periods\n\nBenefits Offered\n\nHealth Ins.
