You’re comfortable working with traditional ML and you’ve shipped systems with clear quality metrics and business impact. You have strong judgment around evaluation and know how to measure what actually matters when considering product priorities. Experience with large-scale retrieval, ranking, NLP, or personalization systems is a plus.\nWhat you’ll do\nResearch and build AI/ML systems that power matchmaking, ranking, and automation across the Paraform marketplace.\nOwn model development end-to-end, from data collection and labeling strategies to deployment, monitoring, and iteration in production.\nPartner with product, AI engineers, and full-stack teams to ship systems that directly move marketplace metrics.\nBuild and maintain robust evaluation frameworks to continuously measure quality, bias, reliability, and business impact.\nSet technical direction and best practices for AI/ML at Paraform.\nWork with other engineers and raise the bar for how AI systems are designed, shipped, and maintained.\nAbout Paraform:\nParaform is a marketplace modernizing one of the largest and most fragmented markets in the world: hiring.
