Our projects include prevailing wage, public works, tenant improvements, industrial facilities, airports, schools, healthcare facilities, and commercial construction.Required ExperienceApplicants must have a minimum of 5 years of verifiable commercial construction experience in the following trades:Metal stud framingWood framing and rough carpentryCommercial door, frame, and hardware installationSuspended acoustical ceiling (T-Bar) systemsReading and interpreting construction drawingsLayout and field measurementsWorking independently with minimal supervisionMinimum QualificationsMinimum 5 years verifiable commercial construction experienceMust own a reliable truck or work vehicleMust possess professional-grade hand tools and cordless power toolsAbility to read plans and perform layoutValid driver's licenseReliable transportationAbility to pass background checks when requiredAbility to work on prevailing wage and public works projectsPreferred QualificationsExperience working at airports, schools, healthcare facilities, or government projectsExperience with seismic framing and structural hardwareExperience leading small crewsForklift, scissor lift, and boom lift certificationsKnowledge of commercial door hardware installationCompensationCompetitive pay based on experiencePrevailing wage opportunities available Consistent year-round work for qualified individualsImportantThis position is intended for experienced commercial carpenters only.If you do not have a minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience in metal stud framing, carpentry, doors/frames/hardware, or suspended ceilings, please do not apply.When responding, include:Years of experienceDetailed work history / resumeCurrent certificationsReferences from previous employers or contractorsWe are looking for professionals who take pride in their work, show up on time, work safely, and can produce quality results without constant supervision.
