Founding Senior Aerospace EngineerAt DroneLFT, we're building what doesn't exist yet — a 5,000 lb capable heavy-lift drone platform designed to redefine logistics, defense, and emergency and humanitarian operations.We're looking for a Founding Senior Aerospace Engineer with 10+ years of industry experience who wants to help build something real — a system that bridges the gap between ground transport and air mobility.This isn't about joining a company. It's about helping create one.The RoleYou'll work directly with the founders to shape the early design, architecture, and testing of DroneLFT's heavy-lift UAS platform. As a senior technical leader, you'll help define propulsion systems, airframe architecture, power modeling, and core systems engineering decisions that move us from concept to prototype and beyond.This is a founding role — your experience will directly influence the technical direction and foundation of the platform from day one.This is a full-time, in-person role based in El Paso, Texas.The first 3 to 4 months will be equity-based as we build and prepare for funding.
