As the role will evolve over time, the successful candidate will show curiosity in the business, demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges, and lift our team by developing additional skills to assist and support our purpose.\nEnthusiastically hire, develop, and lead the team at your store to provide a great guest experience and fulfill our mission to inspire people to live a healthy and active lifestyle.\nUse operational tools such as Profit and Loss Statement, Daily Business Review, Cash & Deposit Log, and Data Central scheduling and inventory management tools to achieve operational excellence.\nMaintain relationships with suppliers (inventory management, shipments, etc.)\nReview store environment and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement and adjust accordingly.\nManage cash activities for the store (daily deposits, etc.).\nEnsure compliance with food safety guidelines in your store at all times; ensure all Team Members are in compliance as well.\nOwn and promote brand standards in alignment with company vision.\nEnsure store appearance and cleanliness are upheld and consistent with Smoothie King brand standards.\nDrive implementation of company programs through action planning and inspiring team to meet operational standards.\nDevelop local store marketing plans to support brand initiatives, including initiating community outreach through marketing and special events.\nRecognize and reinforce individual and team accomplishments by using existing tools and programs as well as finding new, creative and effective methods of recognition.\nCollaborate with Smoothie King professionals from Operations, Training, Human Resources, and Marketing to deliver the best smoothies and healthy retail products to your community.\nResponsibilities Provide an exceptional guest experience throughout our guest's visit.\nExceptional interpersonal skills - you are energized by working with people, both guests and your team.\nAct with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.\nAct with a guest comes first attitude and connecting with the guest. Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or similar field is preferred.\nMinimum 2 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor of a team in a restaurant or similar type of retail customer service business.\nBasic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.\nAbility to communicate effectively with guests, team members, and the community, both orally and in writing.\nAbility to work the hours needed to run your store effectively, which might include a variety of days, evenings, weekends, holidays.\nKnowledgeable of general POS functionality.\nExperience with OSHA, EEOC, and other federal and state laws and local statutes.\nServSafe Certification highly preferred.\nWHY SMOOTHIE KING?
