Job DetailsDescriptionPart Time: Friday & Saturday 7am to 3pm and Sunday & Monday 3pm to 11pmJob SummaryThis position represents TW by providing exemplary customer service for members, visitors, and employees in a friendly and professional manner as a first point of contact. The Gate Attendant is primarily responsible for managing TW’s security access gate.Maintains attitudes and behaviors that demonstrate and uphold the Mission Statement of Trinity Woods (TW), supports the TW core values and shows an understanding of TW’s person-centered philosophy.Job RequirementsHigh school graduate or GEDDriver’s LicenseMinimum of two years’ experience in a similar or customer service position, prior security experience preferred.Ability to work with minimal supervisionExceptional communication, customer service and people skillsGood organizational skills, follow-up and follow throughAbility to handle multiple tasks at one timeStrong critical thinking skillsBasic computer skillsResponsibilitiesProvides overall management of TW’s security gate through which anyone requesting entrance to property must passProvide a friendly greeting to individuals arriving at the gate for check-inValidate and authorize access to visitors and record information as required.Monitor video surveillance as needed.Enforce facility rules and regulations in a courteous and professional manner.Report suspicious activity, safety hazards or security incidents immediately to the appropriate personnel.Provide directions, assistance and information to guests and residents.Assist emergency responders to proper destination.Maintain cleanliness and order at the gatehouse and surrounding area.Answer phone calls made to the gate.Other duties and assignments as required.
