Financial Advisor | Houston Lead Flow + W-2 Support
If you can convert serious retirement planning conversations, but you are tired of fighting for enough quality at-bats, this seat deserves your attention. At Impact! Partners Financial, we have more demand than we can fully absorb. This South Belt/Ellington Advisor role is at our Houston HQ; it's built around meeting with, planning for, and closing existing lead flow from our consumer brand, seminars, educational events, TV, radio, digital media, and inbound retirement-planning inquiries. This is not a “build a book from scratch and hope the firm supports you” role. It's a W-2 Financial Advisor seat for someone who can take firm-generated opportunities seriously, follow up with urgency, present with confidence, and turn retirement-focused conversations into client relationships. You will work with retirees and pre-retirees across retirement income, insurance, advisory, Medicare, legacy planning, and tax-aware retirement topics. We can train our process and the product set. What matters more is your work ethic, closing discipline, presence, ownership, and the ability to make the opportunity matter. What you will ownConvert firm-generated leads into client relationships.Lead retirement-focused discovery and recommendation conversations.Present in seminars, educational events, and group settings.Follow up with speed, organization, and maturity.Work within a model that blends retirement income, advisory, insurance, Medicare, and legacy-planning conversations.Help the Houston HQ office capture demand that is already being created.RequirementsSeries 65/66 license (or equivalent)Life Insurance licenseCredible closing ability, not just relationship maintenance.Strong follow-up discipline with firm-provided leads.Client-facing credibility with retirees and pre-retirees.Preferred, not requiredComfort presenting to groups, seminars, or educational events.Experience converting event, seminar, media, or firm-provided leads. Background in retirement income, annuities, Medicare supplement, life insurance, long-term care, or tax-aware retirement strategies. The economics are built for a producer who wants support today and upside tomorrow: a tiered base salary plus commission, with a strong starting base salary tailored to you that adjusts as production increases and commission percentage rises.
