This will include, but is not limited to, trimming, installation, and storm damage clean up.\n\nWhat You Will Do\n\nPerformance of tree maintenance at commercial properties\n\nProper use of tools and PPE to safely and effectively climb trees to perform maintenance.\n\nUse of hand tools, power tools, climbing equipment\n\nOther duties as assigned.\n\nWhat You Will Need\n\nA current & valid driver’s license with three years of driving experience is required.\n\nISA Certified tree worker/climber specialist certification is preferred\n\nThe ability to identify tree types is required\n\nBilingual Spanish/English is preferred\n\nThe ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with unexpected occurrences and delays.\n\nThe ability to work outdoors in all types of weather and conditions.\n\nAttention to detail.\n\nGreat attendance and reliability.\n\nA willingness to come to work every day and find ways to improve from the previous day.\n\nPhysical Requirements\n\nMust be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch, and walk for extended periods.\n\nAbility to climb and work off of the ground\n\nAbility to lift 75 pounds occasionally (Team lift or utilizing equipment)\n\nRequires driving between company or customer locations\n\nWe’ve got you covered\n\nMedical, dental, and vision plans\n\n401K Retirement Savings Plan with a match\n\nPaid Time Off (PTO)\n\nPaid Holidays\n\nPaid Weekly\n\nCareer progression in a rapidly growing company!\n\nCompensation for this position is $25.00 -$30.00 hourly, depending on experience.\n\nTendit Group is an equal-opportunity employer.
