We have various offices throughout Southern California, providing a modern, safe, and relaxed office setting with opportunities for growth in a lively atmosphere.\nJob Description\nWe are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and motivated Program Manager to oversees all the programs our company offers, which include Coordinated Family Support, Coordinated Career Pathways and Housing Access Services programs. This role involves managing and supporting a team of Case Managers, developing and implementing program strategies, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services. The position requires about 20% travel within the Los Angeles area.\nResponsibilities\nSupervising and providing guidance to Case Managers and other staff.\nDeveloping and implementing program strategies and goals.\nEnsuring the delivery of comprehensive case management services to clients.\nConducting regular team meetings and providing professional development opportunities for staff.\nOverseeing client intake, assessments, and the development of individualized service plans.\nMonitoring and evaluating program performance and outcomes.\nCollaborating with community partners, service providers, and stakeholders to enhance program services and resources.\nAddressing and resolving escalated client issues and concerns.\nProviding crisis intervention and support as needed.\nEnsuring compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.\nRepresenting the program at community meetings, events, and conferences.\nPreparing and submitting reports on program activities and outcomes.\nAdvocating for clients and the program within the community.\nRequirements\n- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.\n- 3 years' experience in case management or disability services\n- Passion for helping individuals with intellectual/development disabilities.\n- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member.\n- Proficiency in both Spanish and English preferred.\n- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable and insured vehicle.\n- Experience with Google Workspace\n- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
