We run a growing list of products, projects and initiatives across the Jacobs Enterprise and are looking for a motivated, highly organized Program Manager who can connect these into one clear view for accountability and delivery. You will oversee these core priorities for the Enterprise AI team, overseeing the individual teams executing this work to track progress, maintain schedule and budget, track milestones, and maintain an overall view of everything within the program. Your work will ensure AI is accelerated and delivered, with demonstrable impact, and will be a pivotal role in the continued evolution of AI at Jacobs.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nBuild and maintain one unified delivery plan across all Enterprise AI work, with clear milestones, dependencies, and a shared schedule\r\nTrack budgets and spend across the portfolio, and give leaders an early, honest read on cost, risk, and progress\r\nKeep project managers, product owners, and initiative leads accountable to schedule and delivery, without taking over their work\r\nServe as the primary point for escalation and for coordination\r\nWork with supporting functions such as IT and the Operating Units\r\nProduce executive-level reports and summaries that turn detail into clear decisions.\r\nHere's what you'll need\r\n5+ years managing complex programs or portfolios, including several projects running in parallel\r\nHands-on Agile and Scrum experience, and the judgement to adapt the approach to the work\r\nStrong command of budgets, forecasting, and delivery metrics\r\nA track record of clear executive communication, on the page and in the room\r\nHigh attention to detail\r\nPreferred\r\nExperience delivering AI, data, or other technology programs\r\nPMP, plus an Agile credential such as PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Certified ScrumMaster\r\nFamiliarity with portfolio tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet\r\nExperience in a large, matrixed, relationship-driven organization\r\nMinimum Education & Preferred Focus Areas\r\nBachelor's degree in engineering, business, technology, or a related field is preferred, not required.
