Job Title: LPN - Emergency DepartmentLocation: Syracuse, NYType: ContractPay Rate: Local: $38/hr | Traveler: $45/hrDuration: 15 WeeksShift & Schedule: 12-Hour Shift | Rotating/As Assigned Position Overview: Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking ED LPN - Emergency Department for an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse, NY. Key Responsibilities: • Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Department setting• Perform IV insertion and phlebotomy independently• Apply EKGs and assist with patient monitoring• Obtain and document vital signs, histories, and clinical observations• Assist physicians and RNs during examinations and procedures• Administer injections and medications as directed• Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical areas per facility standards• Support patient flow, admissions, and discharge processes• Observe and report patient responses to treatments• Maintain accurate EMR documentation• Assist with clinical support and departmental operations as needed Requirements: • Active New York State LPN License required• Minimum 1 year LPN experience required• Prior Emergency Department experience required• IV insertion experience required• Phlebotomy experience required• EKG application experience required• Current CPR/BLS Certification required• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required• Ability to work in a fast-paced acute care environment required• Prior inpatient hospital experience preferred• EMR experience preferred For more details contact Call / Text at .
