The restaurant provides inside and outside dining. The outside deck over looks Lake Dora and the setting sun. We are looking for Bar Backs to assist the bartenders during their shift. This rewarding position is perfect for those looking to stay busy and are team players.\nBar Back Responsibilities\nHelp the bartender with anything that he or she needs.\nRelay key info to security - line is forming outside, someone drinking out of an outside bottle, someone underage\nHelp out with punching orders into the POS system if needed (further training)\nClean counters.\nClean furniture.\nClean glasses and dishes.\nRun food and clear plates.\nClean drink spills and sweep broken glassware.\nTake out the trash or recycling throughout the shift.\nCollect empty glasses from the bar.\nRepair sink clogs.\nMop behind the bar.\nClean no-slip mats behind the bar.\nRestock for next shift, including juicing/ cutting citrus for bar use the next night.\nPut away the liquor and beer delivery that came in during the day.\nTrack opening or closing liquor inventory behind bar.\nSet and tear down the bar at each shift, closing to open.
