Lynora's takes pride in delivering exceptional culinary experiences and warm hospitality to its guests.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Executive Chef located in West Palm Beach, FL. The Corporate Executive Chef will oversee all aspects of culinary operations, including menu development, food preparation, and quality assurance. Key responsibilities include supervising kitchen staff, maintaining food safety standards, managing food and beverage costs, and ensuring a consistent dining experience across multiple restaurant locations. The role also involves training and mentoring kitchen teams, collaborating with management to innovate, and delivering high standards of culinary excellence.Oversee all culinary operations across multiple Lynora’s locationsMaintain exceptional food quality, presentation, consistency, and execution standardsDevelop and execute seasonal menus, specials, and culinary programmingLead, mentor, and develop kitchen management teams and culinary staffEnsure compliance with all health, sanitation, safety, and food handling regulationsManage food cost, labor cost, inventory controls, ordering, and waste reduction initiativesCollaborate with ownership and leadership on operational strategy and culinary directionStandardize recipes, plating, preparation methods, and kitchen proceduresConduct regular training and performance evaluations for culinary teamsAssist with catering, private events, media opportunities, and special culinary activations as neededFoster a positive, professional, and accountable kitchen cultureQualificationsCulinary degree required from an accredited culinary institutionMinimum 5–7 years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experiencePrior experience working within a distinguished fine dining restaurant environment is requiredMulti-unit restaurant experience preferredProven leadership, organizational, and team development abilitiesStrong financial acumen with experience managing food and labor costsKnowledge of food safety and sanitation standardsAbility to innovate and create menus aligned with guest preferences and quality expectationsExcellent communication skills to coordinate with staff and managementPrevious experience in Italian cuisine is highly desirable
