Your expertise will directly impact R&D, clinical trials, manufacturing, and corporate strategy.What You’ll Do:Champion Mission-Critical Projects:Lead complex, enterprise-scale projects in immunotherapy and advanced biologics, ensuring on-time, on-budget achievement of transformative milestones.Unite Diverse Teams:Bring together scientists, clinicians, regulatory experts, and manufacturing professionals to create and execute integrated project plans—scope, schedules, risk management, communications, and beyond.Drive Results in a Dynamic Environment:Proactively translate strategic goals into actionable project plans, anticipating challenges and ensuring accountability at every step.Communicate with Impact:Deliver compelling project updates to senior leadership, shaping organizational decision-making at all levels.Model Operational Excellence:Develop and institute best practices for project management within GMP/GxP environments, always raising the bar for quality, compliance, and efficiency.Foster a Culture of Innovation:Promote continuous improvement and lean leadership principles to accelerate progress and empower your team.Lead with Insight:Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure alignment across the business—building strong, trusted partnerships along the way.Is This You?Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus.Industry Experience: 5–8 years in biotech/pharmaceuticals, ideally with exposure to immunotherapy, cell/gene therapy, or advanced biologics.Project Leadership: 8–10 years’ project management experience, including a proven track record of independently running cross-functional, enterprise projects in dynamic life sciences environments.Technical Fluency: Deep familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project), resource and risk planning, change management, and collaboration software (SharePoint, etc.).Collaboration & Influence: Outstanding communication, conflict resolution, and facilitation skills; adept at building bridges across scientific and business domains.cGMP or R&D Background: Hands-on experience in regulatory-compliant environments is highly desirable.Certification: PMP or similar project management certification is an advantage.Once you apply, you’ll proceed to the next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
