Responsibilities will later expand to other core internal logistics systems.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and maintain WMS functionality, UI components, and API integrations.\nPerform detailed design, coding, and unit/integration testing.\nGather requirements and operational challenges from warehouse staff and internal stakeholders and translate them into system improvements.\nProvide operational support, troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and perform database-related tasks.\nRecommend architectural and technology improvements for future development.\nCollaborate within a five-member software development team.\nQualifications\n\nRequired:\n\n2+ years of professional web system development experience.\nHands-on Node.js and React development experience.\nRDB database design and query experience (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).\nTeam development experience using Git or similar version control tools.\nStrong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work directly with technical and operational teams.\n\nPreferred:\n\nNext.js development experience.\nWMS, logistics/supply chain, or e-commerce platform development experience.\nExternal API integration experience, such as Shopify or shipping/logistics APIs.\nExperience with AI-assisted development tools or LLM APIs (Gemini, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.).\nAutomation/workflow tools such as n8n.\nAWS, GCP, or Azure experience.\nJapanese language ability.\nOther Details\n\nIdeal candidates are proactive, user-focused, and comfortable identifying operational issues independently.
