Clients benefit from using our most innovative methods of building organizational capacity.\n\nPosition Summary\n\nTMG is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to lead complex analytical and program-support activities for NGB J3/4/7 DOMOPS missions. The analyst will advise project leadership, integrate information across stakeholders and workstreams, assess risk and performance, and produce decision-quality products for senior military and civilian audiences.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation of complex operational, readiness, policy, mission-assurance, cyber, continuity, or program-management initiatives.\n* Conduct strategic, operational, and tactical research; perform gap, risk, resource, schedule, budget, policy, and performance analyses.\n* Develop executive briefings, white papers, information papers, 5x8s, EXSUMs, reports, dashboards, and recommendations for senior leaders.\n* Facilitate high-level meetings, working groups, governance forums, and interagency engagements; identify decisions, risks, implied tasks, owners, and suspense dates.\n* Mentor analysts, review work products for accuracy and completeness, and help maintain quality-control and records-management discipline.\n* Coordinate with DoD, National Guard, Federal, state, local, and interagency stakeholders while operating within contractor non-personal-services boundaries.\n* Support program schedules, budget execution, performance metrics, risk mitigation, and recurring status reporting using approved Government systems.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n\n* U.S. citizenship and an active Top Secret security clearance for a proposed key-personnel role.\n* Bachelor's degree or higher in public administration, business, social science, or a related field.\n* At least 15 years of relevant Federal, state, or private-sector experience in policy, analysis, program management, research, or sensitive high-stakes projects.\n* 10+ years of National Guard or DoD experience, particularly in DOMOPS, mission assurance, critical infrastructure, readiness, continuity, cyber, force protection, or global force management.\n* Experience working independently under pressure and advising or briefing senior military, Government, or executive stakeholders.\n* Demonstrated expertise in analytical writing, risk assessment, program performance, schedule or budget management, and recommendations development.\n* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to use ETMS2 and assignment-specific Government systems.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\n\n* Experience with DRRS-S, classified research, senior governance forums, working-group facilitation, or interagency coordination.\n* Experience supervising or mentoring analysts and implementing quality-control processes.\n* TS/SCI eligibility or current SCI access for assignments requiring sensitive compartmented information.\n\nPosting status: Anticipated position supporting a federal proposal.
