Become part of the excitement.As a Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis, you will support and assist in advancing the Company’s strategic plans by providing insightful business analyses, financial impact estimates, and forecasts of existing trends in business processes, resource investments, and business units to evaluate progress toward long range goals and make recommendations for achieving those goals.In This Role You WillPrepare financial and business related research and analysis on existing processes, markets, and business unitsAnalyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses and resource investmentsMonitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected varianceAssist with special financial and business related studies and cooperate with other departments in preparing analysesCompile and prepare reports, graphs and charts of research resultsProvide market intelligence, evaluate local markets, analyze current and potential financial metrics, and make recommendationsAnalyze, determine and recommend staffing levels for various marketsResponsible for end-of-year budgets for the Income StatementWhat You Bring To The Table3 years experience in data research and financial analysis4 year degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplineForecasting experience and forecasting software skillsStrong mathematical and analytical skillsStrong oral and written communication skillsStrong problem solving skillsAbility to analyze various data, model scenarios, and forecast trendsAbility to think creatively and evaluate multiple analytic methodsAbility to articulate research resultsAbility to work independently and objectivelyAbility to achieve highest standards of accuracy and precisionAbility to manage time and research projects effectivelyOccasional travel requiredWork Shift and Hours: Monday - Friday, standard business hours, in officeCompensation Details: The expected base salary for this position is starting at $75,000 annually depending on experience.
