This role owns product P&L, drives growth, and aligns product direction with business goals and market opportunities.\n\nLeveraging customer and market insights, the Product Manager defines value-driven solutions, supports go-to-market execution, and partners cross-functionally to deliver high-impact results.\n\nSuccess in this role requires strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and the ability to influence, lead, and execute across teams in an Agile environment.\n\nCore Responsibilities:\n\nProduct Strategy & Vision\n\nDefine and own the long-term product vision and multi-year roadmap across product lines (e.g., IntelliVIEW, eShop, Equipment Software)\n\nLead the 3P-STP-5P marketing strategy (Customer, Competitor, Company; Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning; Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People) for each product category\n\nP&L Ownership & Business Performance\n\nOwn product-level P&L, including revenue growth, profitability, and market penetration\n\nMonitor product performance metrics and adjust strategy to maximize value and ROI\n\nMarket & Customer Insight Leadership\n\nLead deep market analysis including CM/LBM trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies (e.g., automation, CAD/CAM, cloud solutions)\n\nGo-to-Market (GTM) & Commercial Enablement\n\nDevelop and support go-to-market strategies for new products and major releases\n\nEnable sales teams through training on product positioning, competitive differentiation, and objection handling\n\nSales & Customer Engagement\n\nParticipate in key customer meetings, sales cycles, and industry events to support growth and gather insights\n\nBuild and maintain relationships with strategic accounts and industry influencers\n\nPortfolio & Stakeholder Leadership\n\nPropose and prioritize product investments based on ROI, customer impact, and strategic alignment\n\nCommunicate product vision, strategy, and performance to executive leadership and stakeholders\n\nCross-Functional Alignment\n\nEnsure alignment across Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Support, and Operations\n\nTranslate business strategy into clear direction for Product Owners and delivery teams\n\nKey Competencies:\n\nStrategic & Commercial Leadership\n\nCustomer & Market Insight\n\nCross-Functional Influence & Execution Alignment\n\nQualifications:\n\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or a comparable discipline; an MBA is a plus\n\n6+ years’ experience working as a Product Owner with a development team\n\nExperience in product management with ownership of product strategy and product roadmaps\n\nFamiliarity with Customer-Back Innovation (CBI) or similar stage-gate frameworks\n\nCertified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is preferred\n\nSoftware Product strategy and management experience with demonstrated value delivery\n\nExperience with complex customer environments and/or relevant industry experience\n\nExperience leading software product development in an Agile environment leveraging frameworks such as Scrum and SAFe\n\nStrong team/project management, communication, and presentation skills\n\nAbility to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment\n\nUp to 25% travel\n\nCompensation Information:\n\n$90,000 - $140,000 (high level of experience)\n\nThis compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this role.
