Trailer parts include but are not limited to, box and fenders, winch stands, carpeted bunks and wire harnesses.\r\nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:\r\nAssembles and attaches assigned parts to the trailer frame with nuts and bolt.\r\nOperates air impacts and wrenches.\r\nPerforms job duties within takt time.\r\nReads prints.\r\nSweeps and maintains an organized workstation.\r\nALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED\r\nEXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:\r\nMinimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent\r\nKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:\r\nAbility to read and understand prints\r\nAbility to work with a team\r\nCapable to stand and walk the entire shift\r\nAble to perform physical/manual labor\r\nTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:\r\nN/A\r\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\r\nLifting up to 50 lbs.\r\nStraight pulling\r\nPushing\r\nRepeated bending\r\nReaching over shoulders\r\nUse of fingers\r\nBoth hands required\r\nWalking\r\nStanding\r\nKneeling\r\nRepeated stretching\r\nSpecific visual requirements\r\nAbility to distinguish basic colors\r\nAbility to distinguish shades of color\r\nHearing (aid permitted)\r\nINDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT:\r\nPerforms tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures.
