The primary responsibility will be to support architectural projects across all phases of design, while working collaboratively with a Project Manager and Project Team. The ideal individual has strong design skills, thrives in a collaborative environment, and can work on projects across a variety of scales.\nResponsibilities Contribute to the coordination of projects through all phases of design\nCommunication with Consultants, Project Team Members, and Clients\nResponsible for specific technical design aspects of assigned major projects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions\nActively participate in internal design reviews\nContribute to the production of construction documents\nCreate all required drawings from plans to details per project\nGenerate and communicate design concepts\nProduction of architectural drawings, sketches, diagrams, presentations, and renderings\nProvide flexibility in developing alternative concepts to solve complex design problems\nModify and review presentations and drawing sets in all phases\nProvide technical guidance to less experienced architects/architectural staff\nCoordinate, develop, and produce construction documents in support of overall project design\nOther duties as assigned\nRequirements Bachelor's or Masters of Architecture with a minimum of 8 years’ post-graduate professional experience\nProfessional licensure preferred or working towards architectural licensure\nExpert user of REVIT, Enscape, and Adobe Suite [Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign] Should be familiar with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint], V-Ray, Sketchup, and Rhino\nStrong verbal communication for internal design review, consultants, clients, and project teams\nFlexible, resourceful, and organized individual\nCapacity for project-related travel\nAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team, and individually\nStrong graphic communication\nApply current technology expertise and can work across multiple platforms\nAbility to work in office and remotely, when necessary\nstudioDSK is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer and complies with all applicable federal and state laws regarding nondiscrimination and affirmative action.
