Tool Designer

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tool Designer with a strong background in the stamping and tooling sector. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in tool design, including a minimum of 3 years specifically focused on stamping and tooling. Proficiency in Unigraphics Siemens NX is essential. Key Responsibilities: Design and modify detailed tooling models using Unigraphics Siemens NX. Develop stamping and tooling designs that adhere to industry standards and client specifications. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine designs and address technical challenges. Conduct design analysis and simulations to ensure design integrity and performance. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, assembly drawings, and bills of materials. Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in tool design technologies. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Tool Designer, with at least 3 years in the stamping/tooling industry. Proficiency in Unigraphics Siemens NX is required. Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
