The position will oversee the manufacturing and repair of server and PC products. This is a full time contract position which does provide benefits, (medical, dental, vision, life insurance and STD), PTO, and paid holidays.The schedule will be WEEKENDS ONLY. Schedule is 7:00 P M TO 7:00 AM . You will be required to work 36 hours but will be paid for 40 hours a week .OFF Monday through ThursdayPay Rate: $17.00 TO $21.00 Per Hour PLUS a 10% Shift DifferentialDescription:Run diagnostic procedures and basic troubleshooting of system to module levelInterpret appropriate error messages and take proper corrective actionHandle all products in and out (before & after testing)Packing/unpackingVisual inspection if requiredAttention to detailTester operationsControl and maintain other SK Hynix toolsPerform the most problematic tasks associated with the test and debug trouble analysis, and/or repair of the test fixture for all test stations.Assist the Test Engineer in setting up the test area and methods.Work from and interpret basic schematics, logic drawings, test procedures, prints, sketches, or verbal instructions.Write and/or assist Test Engineers in writing new test procedures.Recommend new methods or changes in test methods or equipment of efficient and economic tester of system, sub-assemblies, or modules.Prepare verbal or written reports of tests and work performed.Train manufacturing operators or technicians how to operate the testers on the manufacturing floor.Maintain all the tester equipment on the manufacturing floor.Position RequirementsRequirements:Must be at least 18AAS or equivalent or 5 plus years of work experience in debugAbility to read and understand schematic/circuit diagramsAbility to understand component symbolsExperience in motherboard repair based on schematicsDigital systems experienceExcellent technical and analytical skillsExcellent mechanical problem-solving skillsBasic English communication required, and able to understand instructions in English.The successful candidate should be highly motivated to work on own initiative, and as a part of a team with excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills.
