This role is responsible for maintaining plant material layouts in AutoCAD, managing Plan for Every Part (PFEP) data, conducting material flow analyses, and supporting launch readiness activities for current and future vehicle programs.\nRequired Qualifications- Engineering Degree.\nProficiency in AutoCAD.\nUnderstanding of stamping plant processes and manufacturing operations.\nStrong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Access.\nExperience using eBOM systems.\nWorking knowledge of ergonomic principles and workplace safety requirements.\nAbility to analyze material flow, storage, and operational data.\nExperience working in cross-functional and team-based environments.\nStrong communication and presentation skills.\nProfessional demeanor with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced launch environment.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nAutomotive manufacturing experience, preferably within stamping operations.\nExperience supporting new model launches and plant readiness activities.\nKnowledge of lean manufacturing principles and World Class Manufacturing (WCM).\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nAchieve approval of 100% of new model lineside material layouts by plant leadership and Stamping Process Engineering teams.\nEnsure stations meet Industrial Engineering, Work Organization, and Safety/Ergonomics requirements.\nValidate that material handling equipment supports packaging, material flow, delivery requirements, and WCM standards.\nComplete material flow analyses for 100% of new model part.\nResponsible for:\n1. AutoCAD and Plant Layout Management.\n2. Material Flow and Data Analysis\n3.
