You will be responsible for ensuring our company produces quality parts and tools specific to engineering drawings and client standards. As the machine operator, the successful candidate will be a skilled professional, with excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.\r\nResponsibilities:\r\nSet-up and manage CNC machines\r\nTranslate engineering drawings and requirements into dimensions for production.\r\nEnsure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.\r\nOversee the machines while they execute the tasks and make the necessary changes to produce improved results.\r\nEnsure parts are produced to provided specification and complete quality logs.\r\nCommunicate logistics issues that arise in the process of creating a part.Requirements:\r\nThis is a 3rd Shift position. (Depending on your level of experience - some time at the start of training will be on 1st shift - the 10% pay differential will apply for this time.)\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification required.\r\n2+ Years of factory experience\r\nAbility to lift and carry up to 70lbs.\r\nSwiss or Lathe experience would be a benefitWe are a 125-year-old, 5th generation, family business who values the skills and insights of our workforce. We invest not days, not weeks, but months into training you to produce the highest quality, most productive tools in the industry. After our training you will not only inspect and run our precision equipment, but you will be able to do complete set-ups of the machines.\r\nSchedule:\r\nThis is a full-time 40hrs/wk.
