In this role, you will work on infrastructure and algorithms related with the circuit simulator. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging systems problems at the intersection of high‑performance computing, scientific computing, and modern systems programming. You will collaborate with a globally distributed team of engineers and have the opportunity to influence the architecture of key subsystems.\n\nYou are expected to take ownership of problems end‑to‑end – from system design through implementation, debugging, and performance optimization.\n\ncircuit simulator infrastructure, including front‑end and back‑end of the simulator\n\nperformance improvements of the circuit simulator, e.g. DC and Tran simulation\n\ncircuit simulation with thermal applications.\n\ncircuit simulation with photonics\n\nContribute to the architecture and design of new subsystems, participating in code reviews and technical discussions\n\nInvestigate and resolve performance bottlenecks and correctness issues independently\n\nCollaborate with engineers across multiple product teams in a global development environment.\n\nQualifications\n\nDegree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline – or equivalent practical experience 15 years of professional software development experience in systems or performance‑critical software.\n\nStrong proficiency in C++ or Python (or both).
