The successful candidate will be responsible to actively monitor, execute, and instill programmatic controls for programs. Program emphasis is relative to the integration and development of engineering programs that relate to C5ISR Systems and Aerial Delivery Systems. The Program Manager will work with engineering teams, Business Development (BD), Production, Supply Chain, Government Agencies, Customers (CONUS and OCONUS), and suppliers.\n\nEssential Responsibilities:\nExperience in military and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) engineering development programs.\nExperience in Engineering development programs\nFull life cycle experience: Front end BD and sales Pipeline through the development life cycle and into production and sustainment activities\nSkilled at balancing cost and schedule performance\nExperience with program reporting to upper management\nExperience building effective relationships with customers and suppliers\nSelf-starter with a sense of urgency\nExperience with Earned Value Management System\nExperience with program Risks and Opportunities\nExperience as a primary focal into major customers and suppliers\nExperienced with writing/negotiating SOWs\nManages to schedules and metrics\nKnowledge of working with ERP systems\nRequired Qualifications:\nBS in Engineering or equivalent\n10+ years of experience formally managing programs as a PE or PM\n5+ years working as an engineer\nExperience with Requirement Management tools\nExperience with subcontract supplier management\nExperience as an Engineer or Technical Engineering Manager performing new product development would be a plus\nAbility to create, implement, and/or modify programmatic processes\nExperience of tactical radios, EO/IR systems, Radar systems, networking, and/or computing platforms/servers\nExperience with customer and government audits\nExperience with ISO audits\nExperience with Contracts, Terms and Conditions, etc\nCertified PMI PMP/PgMP\nExperienced with MS Project, Excel, Power Point and Word\nUnderstanding of ERP systems\nMust be a U.S. citizen with or with the ability to obtain a government security clearance\nPhysical Demands & Work Environment\nWork is typically performed in an office setting\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, bend, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.\nMust have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds\nMust be able to read, write and speak English\n\nATSC is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
