This role builds and enhances scalable automation frameworks and integrates automated testing into CI pipelines to support continuous quality validation across platform and device functionality. The SDET works closely with developers and QA team members to embed automation into the development lifecycle, design and execute test strategies across functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing, and perform code reviews to ensure automation quality and consistency.\nThis role also focuses on continuously improving testing processes and methodologies, evaluating and incorporating AI tools to shift automation earlier in the development process, and independently determining effective technical approaches to testing solutions. The SDET contributes to refining existing procedures and developing forward-looking testing models that support reliable, scalable product delivery.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and enhance automation frameworks to support scalable and maintainable test coverage across platform and device functionality\nBuild and maintain automation into CI pipelines to support continuous quality validation\nDevise improvements to current procedures and develop models of possible future configurations\nIncorporate AI tools into the test pipeline to support shifting automation earlier in the development process.\nAssess technical challenges independently and define effective solution strategies with minimal direction\nIdentify gaps in existing workflows and implement iterative improvements to frameworks, standards, and testing practices\nWork closely with developers and QA team members to integrate automation into the development lifecycle\nPerform Code Reviews of Automation Engineers tests to ensure quality, reliability, and adherence to standards\nDesign and execute test strategies across functional, integration, API, and end-to-end testing\nRequired Qualifications\n3+ years of experience in test automation development using JavaScript or TypeScript, including hands-on experience with Playwright.\n3+ years of experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, CircleCI) and version control systems (e.g., GitHub).\nExperience with AI tools such as Claude Code and Cursor\nSolid understanding of QA tool development chains and environments\nDemonstrate expertise in black box and grey box testing methodologies, experience with standard QA and development tools, and the ability to operate within short release cycles\nSuperior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems\nExperience with Mobile automation with Appium\nExperience with project and test management tools (e.g. Jira/Zephyr)\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent\nDemonstrate expertise in black box and grey box testing methodologies, experience with standard QA and development tools, and the ability to operate within short release cycles\nSuperior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems\nExperience in manual testing\nExperience mentoring test team members\nExperience working in a cross-team environment (e.g. manual and automation testers)\nExperience reporting progress and results to stakeholders\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent\n\n#LI-Remote\nWe Put Our Employees First\nWe offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package designed to support your well-being and future.
